The study deals with the stylistic assertions of the ancients and modernists to clarify what is hidden and because this method, despite the simplicity of its form in some scholars.

It forms an area of difference between the grammarians and the rhetorician for the Holy Quran.

This research reveals the stylistic assertions, so the study began with the style the section for its importance, and for its apparent and explicit of, and the occurrence of Anastrophe as predicate preceding direct object and in Preceding of the subject of a sentence to Predicate Restriction style, conjunctions ( for- nor- but).

Therefore, the stylistic assertions of different forms lead to the role of assertion, especially the style of the section, which does not require any other assertions of the emphasis of speech and this proves what the scholars of interpretation when interpreting the Holy Quran grammatically.
