Abstract EN

The Many valued doesn't merely represents an advantage stage of contemporary logic rather it was strongly recommended since the inception of Aristotelian logic, as Aristotle has elaborated a kind of modal logic in his Organon, whereas such kind of logic can't be expressed semantically within two-valued logic.

But the metaphysics upon which Aristotelian logic was founded was an olute dualistic metaphysics.

We attempt in this paper to explore that the metaphysics in Islamic thought, particularly in eastern Islamic thought, has different from Greek metaphysics, due to adopting a fundamentally different concept of god or first principle.

Such different has led to surpass the dualistic Aristotelian metaphysics.

We will also try in this paper to explorer to what extent such surpassing of dualistic metaphysics has led to revolutionary changes in Arabic logical thought, and whether this change was implicit or it led to the emergence of an explicitly multi-valued logic.
