Crises have existed since the emergence of humankind without being named by that name and had no constituents as we know them today.

The challenges of the information revolution and technological progress in the twenty-first century have imposed on all state institutions to develop organized scientific plans to mitigate and confront crises.

Some families face multiple types of crises that differ in their causes, causing a threat and disturbance in the family entity, which indicates that the crisis is an inevitable phenomenon that cannot be avoided, and the disturbances can turn into a crisis if the individual lacks methods to confront or control itPlanning is considered as a center for crisis management, and without it, there can be no conscious management that plays its role in alleviating crises, as it greatly contributes to preventing or reducing the occurrence of the crisisThe researcher used the case study methodology using an intentional sample, and it was applied to a sample of (21 singles) in the Crisis and Disaster Units in Dakahlia Governorate.
