Abstract EN

Foreign trade is considered one of the main pillars of the economic structure, no economy- no matter how resourceful, can live in isolation from the outside world.

It always needs to import and export goods and services.

This makes the exchange of trade the main artery which links countries together.

This research aims at studying import documents for cars and spare parts stored at the national archives, a diplomatic archival study.

And these documents are part of the record group of the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade.

The study focuses on knowing the import regulations for cars and spare parts during that period, and how for these systems affect importers, whether agents, businesses or individuals, and to highlight some of the irregularities that have been issued by the importers.

In addition, preparing an archival study, represented in a series of description cards, files and documents studied descriptive cards for forms of files and documents, a periodic list for those files and preparing a diplomatic study of the documents in accordance with modern diplomatic science.
