The researcher has talked about anomaly in fatwas, its treatment, its effects, and examples of anomalous fatwas.

He has also talked about the importance of fatwas, the characteristics that enable an Imam to issue fatwas, and warned against issuing fatwas without knowledge, hastening to issue fatwas, and following unreliable sayings in juristic schools of thought.
