Abstract EN

The current research aims to reach a list of criteria for producing e-learning environments via mobile (individual - participatory) based on gamification stimuli.

Where the researcher reached an initial list of standards and their indicators, which were judged by specialists in the field of educational technology, then a final list was reached that includes two fields and includes (8) standards and (76) indicators, and then the extent to which these standards are applied in the development of design and production environments was tested.

E-learning via mobile (individual - participatory) based on gamification stimuli through (10) arbitrators specialized in educational technology, and the results revealed that the average arbitration on the extent of conformity to the environment reached (95% ).
