Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify the level of social support among war displaced women in the Capital Sana'a, and the differences in the level of social support among displaced women of war according to variables of age, social status, educational level and duration of displacement.

The researcher used the descriptive method, and the current research sample consisted of (100) displaced war women in the Capital Sana'a.

The researcher used the social support scale in times of crisis prepared by the researcher Ali Bin Mansour Abu Taleb (2011), after adapting it to suit the Yemeni Environment.

After analyzing the data statistically, it was found that the social support obtained by displaced women in the Capital Sana’a is at a low level, and that the most common social support is that provided by the government, followed by social support from the family, followed by feeling satisfied with support, and finally support provided by friends, colleagues and neighbors.

The results found that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of social support among displaced women according to the variables of age, marital status, level of education and duration of displacement.
