Abstract EN

The current research aimed to build a measure of Learned helplessness in visually disabled children.

The scale consisted of (16) items divided into four domains.

The difference between the average responses of the members of the research sample and the average of the community with acquired disability is known, and the differences of statistical significance between the members of the research sample are known according to the variables of sex, (males, females) and age, (10-14) years.

The results showed that there is a difference between the average responses of the members of the research sample and the average of the community and for the benefit of the sample members.

There are no statistically significant differences according to the sex and age variables of the research sample’s individuals with acquired disability.

The researcher recommended recommendations to the concerned authorities and suggested some proposals for researchers after him.
