and the sun is that golden disk, and the moon is that silver disk; if the sun is the right eye of the sky, then it is its left eye, and it is one of the first measuring instruments for time, as its phases differ during the year.

as for the stars that share the moon during the night hours.

they are metal fragments suspended in the sky, and formed between them distinct shapes and drawings, and took geometric shapes in the imaginations of the ancient Egyptians, and after them the Greeks and romans, and some deities were associated with them.

therefore, this research aims at throwing insult to the deities that are clearly related to the moon and the stars and who were worshiped in the old kingdom (the Pharaonic era), and whose worship continued in the Greek and roman eras, whether by their names themselves or with the change of their names and their merging with the Greek gods, and after that they were known in the roman era by other names, with an analysis of the forms of these gods through artistic aspects.
