Research methodology: combining the inductive approach, the descriptive approach, and the critical approach.

The most important results: Corona virus is a pandemic, not plague, and it is permissible to prevent people who were infected with the Corona virus from attending groups, Friday prayers, and performing Hajj and Umrah; maintenance of souls and saving them from infection.

Mosques may also be closed, Hajj and Umrah suspended - after consulting the specialists, in order to achieve the purposes of the Sharia from saving souls and preventing from diseases.

The most important recommendations: The necessity of obligating researchers at the master's and doctoral levels to study emerging developments, and to explain their legal provisions, to serve Islamic societies.
