This research, which is in the hands of the reader, entitled (Arranging the Evidence and Its Effect on Predisposition according to the Hanbalis), in which I spoke about the reality of the arrangement between the evidence and what is intended in the principles of jurisprudence and its ruling, and showed the interest of the scholars of jurisprudence in this subject and its impact on this art, including its effect on weighting.

Among the evidences that appear to the inferred conflict between them, and I dealt with the definition of: the contradiction, the weighting, the evidence, the order of the evidence and its importance and the difference between it and what is close to it in terms of terms, and who is in charge of the arrangement process.
