Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the Role of management controlling on functional performance (case study in the Paints Companies – Khartoum State).

The study tested two hypotheses, which are: There is a significant relation between management control means, which used and the functional performance in the Sudanese Paints Companies in Khartoum State, There is a significant relation between controlling systems and the functional performance in the Sudanese Paints Companies in Khartoum State.

The analytical analysis method (case study) has been used, and the researchers distributed (118) questionnaire forms among some of the workers selected randomly (100) Forms were collected as (85% ) Statistical package of social sciences programmer (SPSS) used for analyzing data.

The study reached some findings from which are: the management controlling means play role in effectiveness of the functional performance, the depending of modern in management control makes poor functional performance, using supervision means help in promoting the performance in the company.

The study recommended to: giving care to machines of controlling means, because of its role in effective management controlling, ducting the depend up on modern in management controlling for theirs weakness effecting in functional using supervision means, because of its assist in developing the functional performance.
