Captive motivation mechanisms as the university youth realize it & its reflection on their positive thinking This research aims to study the reflection of captive motivation mechanisms as the university youth realize it on their positive thinking.

The study sample consisted of (420) college student from male & female enrolled to theoretical and scientific colleges from different universities, and levels of economic and social different from governorates (Cairo, Qalyubia, Sharqia, Giza, Monofia, Kafr Alsheikh, Qina), The research tools include the general information form, captive motivation mechanisms as the university youth realize it scale, scale for positive thinking for the university youth.

The research follows the descriptive analytical method.

The results confirmed that the mother is the most element in motivational to the youth from parents in the rate of 51.7% , and the captive by adressing the mind with persuasion the most mechanisms that pays youth to achieve their goals in the rate of 35% , but financial stimulus (rewards & gifts) the most mechanisms followed by parents in captive the research sample from youth in the rate of 35.3% , and 49.5% from fathers & mothers in the research sample their level of use captive stimulus mechanisms average opposite 22.4% their level high, and the social intelligence & forming social relationships is the first axes in positive thinking for the university youth they have that where in the first order in the rate of 35.1% , also statistically significant discrepancy in the captive motivation mechanisms by aldimograv variables, also there was statistically significant discrepancy in the dimensions of positive thinking by aldimograv variables, also there was correlation of statistical significance between
(0, 05), (0, 01) between the captive motivation mechanisms as the university youth realize it with its dimensions & positive thinking for university youth with its interlocutor, also the results showed the sex was the first factor in explanation the different between the university youth on their positive thinking in the rate of 82% .
