The discussion of this issue has prompted us because Egypt is the only Arab country that has a military institution in the modern sense of the word, while the rest of the Arab countries have Arab armies, and the importance of this military institution does not come only from its defense of Egyptian national security, but it has financial independence, and therefore it does not It constitutes a burden on the political system.

On the contrary, it was one of the pillars of the economic system through its developmental role, as well as the important aspect in fighting the growing and escalating terrorism by terrorist groups.
