Abstract EN

This paper deals with studying of one of the shrine that buried in Khizran that had considered one of the ancient cemetery in Baghdad, it is Mohammad Basha Al-Dagstany shrine who martyrizes in Kut battle where sited between English and Othman army in March 1916, this shrine has more importance as described it full of Motifs which acted the last serious in producing Baghdadi schools.

this search tries to document the shrine by description analyzing study depended on Field visits in addition to add diagram clarifies the form of shrine and its accurate measurements enhances that with photos.

It describes as inheritance civil for Baghdad government wishing to protect it from destruction which the government tried to do.

This study has arrived to result in which the researcher please be benefit specially for academic study specializes in Islamic heritage study because it as one of the importance status in Baghdad and participates in discovering the important sides in religious architecture make it a serial of recorded shrines through the world of architecture.
