Abstract EN

The banking sector in any country plays an important role in the process of economic growth, as it ensures the provision of funds for commercial operations in economic activity, despite the need of the Iraqi economy to bank funds to support the process of economic construction, but the banking sector has been limited in funding investment projects, also the Iraqi private banks are facing many difficulties and challenges in financing, the study showed that the rate of inflation, the number of branches of commercial banks per 100 thousand people, and the interest rate on deposits had a significant impact on the financing of private banks.
