Abstract EN

The study aimed to evaluate the level of Production quality using the types of errors in a statistical and fast way, which depends in analyzing data provided by production lines.

Therefore, the researcher depends on the sampling of final product and inspection, then classifying defects in to categories are consistent with the nature of the product, stick down a degree per classification and then determines the quality level, it can be returned for each period and then comparing periods and noticing the difference between periods.

This method has been applied to a production (printed) in directorate of Dar Al Kutub for Printing and Publishing - University of Basra.

The study concluded that the percentage of output quality for the product (printed) ranges between (90 -100% ) is within quality level which is excellent in condition and that the directorate's plan was effective and influential in the development of its products.
