Abstract EN

The current research tries to identify the self-efficacy among educational the researchers built the ،counselors.

To achieve the objectives of the current research Self-Efficiency Scale according to the social cognitive theory of (Bandura) and it’s psychometric characteristics of (reliability and validity) were found.

The results of the statistical analysis showed that the sample members have a high positive level of self-efficacy and that there are statistically significant differences according to the variable of gender for males.
