The current research aims to assess the level of performance and productive adequacy of the staff members of Ishik Private Schools, and for discovering the differences among them according gender variables.

The researcher formulated the following hypotheses: There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average performance of the staff members of Ishik Private Schools, and the hypothetical mean of the scale.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the level of productive sufficiency of the staff members of Ishik Private Schools according to the nationality variable (Iraqis - foreigners).

The researcher used the descriptive approach in building tool of measuring the level of productive adequacy for the staff members of Ishik Private Schools, which reached 30 paragraphs after proving their apparent and differential validity and reliability.

The reliability of the scale was extracted using the (Alpha - Kernbach) method, reached (0.77), whereas using mothed of Split-half reliability reached (0.57).

The sample consisted of (200) members of the teaching staff who were chosen in a simple random way from Ishik Private Schools, with its branches in Baghdad and Basra, and its primary, intermediate and preparatory classes for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The researcher used many statistical methods, most notably and the Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha - Kernbach equation and the percentage and the T-test for one sample, the T-test for two independent samples.

The results can be summarized as follows: 1-the staff members of Ishik Private Schools enjoy a high level of performance.2-The Iraqis who work in these schools enjoy a higher level of performance than their foreign peers.
