Abstract EN

This study deals with the interaction of Maghrebins pilgrims with the social milieu, especially in Egyptian urban cities during their stay in the Egyptian country on a round trip to perform the Hajj in the Hijaz during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries AD.

Based on what Moroccans recorded in their Hijaz trips.

Due to the importance of Egypt as a cultural center of radiation, Moroccans were keen to stop there, permanently or temporarily, to participate in the ceremonial rituals associated with the Hajj season, blessing the holy sites, and learn about the poles of mysticism.

And scholars, and so they recorded their presence among the Egyptians, and interacted with them.
