Abstract EN

The current research seeks to identify the unilateralism of pluralism of vision and its relationship to psychological compatibility among unemployed university graduates.

The researcher used the descriptive relational approach in this paper for achieving the set goals.

The researcher identified the research community as all the graduate and unemployed students of Basra University for the academic year 2019-2020, and a representative sample of 200 male and female students was withdrawn.

Preparing two scales (Mono / Multi Mindedness, psychological compatibility) and extracting the necessary psychometric properties.

After reassurance about the tools, the two scales were applied to the research sample and the following results were reached: 1.

The unemployed graduates of Basra University enjoy a level of multi-minded vision 2.

The unemployed graduates of Basra University enjoy a level of psychological compatibility 3.

The current study also found a high positive correlation between psychological compatibility and multiple vision among the unemployed graduates of Basrah University.
