Abstract EN

This study is intended to assess the impact of remote working on institutional performance at Municipality and Planning- Emirate of Ajman during COVID-19.

It adopts analytical, descriptive method besides a host of statistical techniques, including multiple regression with a view to examining the relationship between dimensions of independent variable (remote working): staff awareness of remote working; availability of technical and information- related requirements; logistical (institutional performance).

Findings have shown an impact for staff awareness of remote working on at the same level no impact was found for availability of remote working related technical and informational requirements on institutional performance.

According to findings, impact of remote working related - logistical support and of government relevant initiatives and incentives on institutional performance was found at the intended for enhancing remote working, which would improve performance within institutions in general, and within Municipality and Planning Department in particular
