Abstract EN

The study aims to introduce the core values of the European and Japanese Renaissance, and demonstrate the role of the senior management (Political Administration and the Elite) in finding and applying social values for the Renaissance of the society.

In addition, it clarifies the reasons behind Renaissance failure in other societies.

The researcher uses the descriptive, inductive, historical, and analytical approaches in tracking and analyzing the Renaissance modules.

The study draws many important conclusions, which are societies have unifying core values that encourage them to reach the highest levels of advancement; “freedom” is the value the European renaissance was built upon; and “equality” is the value upon which the Japanese renaissance was built.

The role of these values is significant when political administrations and the elite adopt them.

The researcher recommends studying the tracks of advanced societies’ renaissance, discovering the values they were based on and their emergence circumstances, and studying the role of their senior managements in finding and applying such values, while benefiting from previous experiences in the developing nations’ renaissance.
