Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the impact of Management Information Systems(MIS), on Entrepreneurship in the Jordanian human pharmaceutical sector.The study was conducted on a sample of (504) employees in twenty human medicine manufacturing companies .Findings showed a high level of management information systems and an average level of entrepreneurship in the surveyed companies.

A significant impact of MIS dimensions on the level of entrepreneurship was manifested .No significant differences in the assessment of the level of MIS in relation to gender and career center were shown.

Significant variations on level of MIS according to respondents’ age, education and years of experience were disclosed.

Respondents diverged significantly on level of entrepreneurship according to gender, age, education and career center.The study has recommended an increase in the application of information technology and MIS and improving quality of human resources.
