The research aims to explain the process of producing the linguistic voice with what it needs from the components and the relationship of these compo- nents to each other, and the reference to moisture as a component that has an effect on the speech organs from two sides: the first is the need for these organs for moisture as a natural factor for their survival, and the second is the need for these organs for moisture on the side of Its production, which is the amount needed by these organs in proportion to the need of the voice and the associated confinement that the speech organs cause, resulted in the search for finding the necessary relationship of humidity in the production of sound, as it emerges as an indispensable component of the speech organs such as the tongue, teeth, gums, lips, or for the voice itself when air is its first component, and moisture is its second component.

The sound outputs are mutually related with humidity to produce sound.
