Despite the development that the world has witnessed in information technology, the Arab countries still suffer significantly from the lack of educational and training opportunities for large groups of people, such as housewives and hard-working youth, who are preoccupied with science, searching for livelihoods, as well as elderly Age, who aspire to achieve their hopes and ambitions, and they have missed the train of science and knowledge (for economic, social or political reasons), and they cannot enroll in traditional universities, because of their controls and instructions.
