Abstract EN

The study proposes a method for analyzing the literary critical text based on the concept of “textual interaction” in “the literary communication theory.” It proves that the critical text is not necessarily a pure scientific text, but a semi-open text that interacts with and is influenced by other critical texts, in addition to the fact that its language can be analyzed by means of linguistic analytical tools.

A stylistic approach is used to analyze four critical texts by four contemporary critics using the concept of “textual interaction” as proposed in the theory of “the literary communication”.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the analysis of the language of the critical text and its interaction with other critical literary texts may reveal new dimensions in studying and analyzing that text.
