Delay is one of the common thinks in the air transport of goods despite the development that has occurred in the aircraft industry, and this in turn reflects on the shippers, which causes them harm, so there must be guarantees that secure the right of the sender or the shipper towards the carrier to compensation, whether in term of the route he takes or the insurance that guarantee the right of the injured in the event that compensation is entitled, so our discussion includes procedural guarantees, which are the way the aggrieved sender takes to seek his right and is represented by lawsuit and arbitration in terms of its concept and provisions in accordance with Iraqi law and the Montreal convention.

Objective guarantees that guarantee the fulfillment of the right after it has been proven in the responsibility of the air carrier, and are represented by liability insurance and insurance alternatives that perform the same function that he performs, but in the event that it is not possible.
