This research reviews the protection of natural heritage in times of peace and armed conflicts that still concern the international community, which in turn seeks to find legal mechanisms that aim to provide international protection for this type of heritage, given the importance it represents for the region in which it is located and for the international community and the importance it represents Not only the extension of the past to the present, but also an economic return for that region, and this in turn is reflected in the international and internal levels.
