The idea of the research revolves around explaining the Islamic Sharia's approach to working in the legal profession because of its importance in our contemporary life, especially since most of the judicial systems at the present time stipulate the obligation to appoint a lawyer on both sides of the litigation.
Concerning the issue of agency in the litigation, then it developed after that until it became the well-known profession of law, so I defined the legal profession and the evidence of its legality, the jurisprudential adaptation of the legal profession, and finally a statement of the ruling on working with it.
The study reached a number of results.
