"لا تقسم أبدا حتى لو كنت صالحا" هي عبارة متأصلة تعكس الخصائص النفسية و الاجتماعية و الهيكلية للقسم، حلف اليمين و أداء القسم في حياة الفرد.

تحاول هذه الورقة تقديم مقدمة لفعل الكلام لأداء اليمين.

البراغماتية هي نظام جديد إلى حد ما تتقاطع طبيعة الطلب مع طبيعة اختلاف العلم من مجتمع الى اخر، مثل علم الصوتيات، و علم أصل الكلمة التطبيقي، و امتحان الحديث الأساسي، و علم الدلالة، و علم اللغة الاجتماعي، و العلوم الإنسانية، و أبحاث الدماغ، و العلوم الإنسانية.

البراغماتية ليس لديها إجراءاتها، و مع ذلك، فهي تعتمد على النظام المستخدم في علم الاجتماع الآخر.

Abstract EN

Never swear even if you are righteous‖ is an inherent statement that reflects the psychological, sociological, as well as structural characteristics of swearing and oath making in the individual‘s life.

This paper tries to present an introduction to the speech act of swearing and oath making.

Pragmatics is a moderately new order whose nature of request crosses with that of various other sociologies, like phonetics, applied etymology, basic talk examination, semantics, sociolinguistics, human science, brain research and humanities.

Pragmatics does not have its procedure; however, it draws upon the system utilized in other sociologies.

As the field of pragmatics is expansive and covers an assortment of strands, from the investigation of contextualized sentence meaning to the investigation of significance in the manner by which information is gathered and examined relies upon the sober-minded viewpoint received by the specialist, just as on the object of study.

This paper has zeroed in on socio-pragmatics as its approach to handling the selected subject; to be specific, on the investigation of the basic standards of speaker and listener significance as reflected in the (fitting) acknowledgement of discourse acts, the association of discussion, affableness appearances and socio-pragmatic variety.

It hypothesizes that swearing, oaths are deeds that are socially influenced, and so that they should, socio- pragmatically studied.

It aims to show the socio-pragmatics insight of the use of swearing and oaths by answering the raised questions.

The questions are as follows; Do swearing and oaths have significance in ―Othello‖? Do Swearing and oaths differ from one person to another? Does the position of the individual influence the swearing and the oaths of the person? Does sex affect the use of swearing and oaths? The paper is limited to Shakespeare‘s ―Othello‖ as a text that has many reflections for the use of swears and oaths.

It ends with a conclusion that sums up the results of the discussion.

Ne jurez jamais même si vous êtes juste » est une déclaration inhérente qui reflète les caractéristiques psychologiques, sociologiques et structurelles de la prestation de serment et de serment dans la vie de l'individu.

Cet article tente de présenter une introduction à l'acte de parole consistant à jurer et à prêter serment.

La pragmatique est un ordre modérément nouveau dont la nature de la demande croise celle de diverses autres sociologies, comme la phonétique, l'étymologie appliquée, l'examen de base du discours, la sémantique, la sociolinguistique, les sciences humaines, la recherche sur le cerveau et les sciences humaines.

La pragmatique n'a pas sa procédure, cependant, elle s'appuie sur le système utilisé dans d'autres sociologies.

Comme le domaine de la pragmatique est vaste et couvre un assortiment de volets, de l'investigation du sens contextualisé des phrases à l'investigation de la signification de la manière dont l'information est recueillie et examinée repose sur le point de vue sobre reçu par le spécialiste, tout comme sur l'objet d'étude.

Cette recherche s'est concentrée sur la socio pragmatique comme approche pour traiter le sujet sélectionné; pour être plus précis, sur l'investigation des normes de base de l'importance du locuteur et de l'auditeur comme reflété dans la reconnaissance (correcte) des actes de discours, l'association de la discussion, des apparences d'affabilité et de la variété socio-pragmatique.

Il émet l'hypothèse que la prestation de serment et les serments sont des actes qui sont influencés socialement et qu'ils devraient donc être étudiés de manière socio-pragmatique.

Il vise à montrer l'intuition socio-pragmatique de l'usage de la prestation de serment et de serment en répondant aux questions posées.

Les questions sont les suivantes ; Les jurons et les serments ont-ils une signification dans « Othello » ? Les jures et les serments diffèrent-ils d'une personne à l'autre ? La position de l'individu influence-t-elle la prestation de serment et les serments de la personne ? Le sexe a-t-il un effet, influence et impact sur l'utilisation des jures et des serments ? Le travail de cette étude se limite à « Othello » de Shakespeare en tant que texte qui contient de nombreuses réflexions pour l'utilisation de jurons et de serments.

Il se termine par une conclusion qui résume les résultats de la discussion.
