This research aims to clarify one of the rulings related to the chapters of testimonies, the testimony of a non-Muslim in Islamic jurisprudence, because most books, especially the old ones, do not deal with it under a separate title, but is transmitted in the folds of issues and the most important books And because this study was aimed at comparison and lack of jurisdiction over a specific sect.

In it, I followed the inductive tracer approach, as I went back to the various books of jurisprudence, and collected the sayings of the jurists on the issue of the origin of the issue, its branches, its evidence, and the discussions presented on it.
