The paper aimed to find out the employment of educational technology innovations in teaching and the academic achievement of second class secondary school students.
The study was based on the following main hypothesis: There are statistical significant differences in academic achievement between the experimental group that studied using the educational technology innovations and the control group that studied in the normal method, and that the attitudes of teachers were positive towards that use the educational technology innovations in the teaching.
The study used the experimental, descriptive and analytical methods.
The study population consists of second class secondary school students and secondary school teachers and teachers at Safia Secondary School in Edduiem Loculty in White Nile State during the period 2018-2019.
The sample size was (93) students, and (40) teachers.
The study found that there were statistical significant significant differences in academic achievement between the experimental group that studied using educational technology innovations and the control group that studied in the normal method, and that teachers’ attitudes were positive towards using educational technology innovations in teaching.The study recommended the necessity of providing a computer lab in the school in addition to providing all the requirements of the educational process to enable students to improve their achievements.
