The sports sponsorship contract is one of the most important contracts for financing activities, bodies and people in the sports field through what it provides in terms of material or financial support for them, in a manner that benefits the sponsor, whether it is a material benefit in the field of marketing for its products and services, or the moral benefit through its spread and famous name, This contract is attached to a specific place, which is the second pillar of the contract, and it is the thing to which the right is returned or the thing over which the right holder exercises his powers.

It is double, so for the sports sponsor the shop is to market its services and products, and for the sports pasture it is the opposite
