The issue of conflict of interest is a source of great concern in the countries of the world because of the negative effects and dire consequences it entails affecting the process of progress and development, and accordingly, some pioneering countries have enacted laws to deal with cases of conflict of interest despite the fact that these initiatives are shy and at their start or contain some articles That is dealt with within the laws without enacting a unified law on conflicts of interest.

All this is the goal behind it to ensure good management in a way that confirms its integrity and transparency in front of the public.

It can be said that conflict of interest in the general sense is every act or position that achieves the material or moral interest of a body or its legal representative in any form.

However, its risk is greater in the stock market, where most relationships are established, whether between financial intermediaries on the one hand and their clients on the other hand, or between clients each other when a single financial intermediary performs their work by referring to the agency and legal representation that is the direct source.

For many cases where interests conflict, and based on the aforementioned, we will divide this research into two requirements, the first we will devote to the concept of conflict of interest in the stock market, and the second we will hold it, for the content of conflict of interest in the stock market.
