Reform is a fundamental demand and an urgent need that is continuously sought by nations, people and societies.
The aim is to meet the urgent challenges that these societies face.
If reform is a private and public demand in all areas - real reform, as concluded by reformer Sheikh Mohammed Abdo - begins with the reform of education as a vital sector that invests in human capital; which in turn is the basis for the progress of nations or the opposite.
In this regard, Morocco has been engaged in a series of reforms that are targeting the education system through several stations, and put a lot of efforts to reform.
However, international and national reports on the Moroccan educational situation still portend the negative situation and they rank Morocco in the lower ranks.
This confirms that a number of problems and challenges continue to hinder the reform process and hinder the effectiveness of this vital sector, and that the measures that are taken need to be further reviewed and evaluated, and that we should involve all the people who are responsible for this vital sector in order to reach programs and solutions that suit the privacy of Morocco and the Moroccans.
