The right to health and health care is one of the most important rights a person needs in general, after the right to life and to live in dignity .Thus , everyone has the right to the highest attainable standard of health, which enables him to enjoy the rest of the other rights .And this necessity increases if the matter is related to persons with disabilities, given the circumstances of their relationship and their needs for specialized treatment periodically and permanently.States and international organization, especially the United Nation, have taken an interest in this right.In this article, we will try to addresss thevarious guarantees adopted by the United Nation to ensure the right of persons with disabilities to health and health care.
