هدفت الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة جرائم ذوي الياقات البيضاء في العراق و هم (السياسيون الإداريون) في أجهزة الدولة و وزاراتها ممن قاموا بجرائم فساد و استغلال السلطة ، و قد اظهرت الدراسة شيوع هذه الجرائم و انتشارها في مختلف مؤسسات الدولة بحسب التقارير السنوية لهيئة النزاهة العراقية التي تم الاعتماد عليها في الدراسة ، و كان من أبرز الجرائم التي قام بها السياسيون الإداريون (الرشوة ، استغلال النفوذ ، سرقة المال العام) ، و انعكست هذه الجرائم سلبيا على المجتمع العراقي من خلال انتشار الفقر و البطالة و سوء الخدمات و انعدام الأمن و ضياع ثروات البلد التي تقدر بمئات المليارات من الدولارات .
Abstract EN
The study investigates the nature of white – collar crimes in Iraq committed by Iraq corrupt politicians and government officials.
The study show that this kind of crimes is wide spread in Iraqi government institutions as indicated by Iraqi integrity committee annually reports.
Such crimes include: bribery, the misuse of power, and public money robbery.
These crimes had a negative impact on Iraqi community, well shown in the spread of poverty and unemployment, lack of good public services and security, and loss of country fortune which reaches billions of dollars.
