The right to education is one of the most important human rights, which international law has guaranteed to protect in times of peace and armed conflict.

International humanitarian law, along with other legal systems, promotes legal provisions to ensure that individuals have access to their right to education, which is often violated in situations of armed conflict The study dealt with three topics, including the concept of the right to education, while the second dealt with the mechanisms of international humanitarian law in protecting the right to education, while the third dealt with legal means to address violations of the right to education.

The study concluded with a conclusion that included the main findings of the research and a set of recommendations that we hope will contribute to enhancing the protection of the right to education during armed conflicts.
