The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between focus of attention and its relationship to motivation and achievement in technical performance on the jumping horse, the youth category as psychological variables.

Wasit clubs for youth in gymnastics, where the researcher used the measures of attention and motivation through a special form, where the form was submitted to the research sample shortly before performing the skill, noting that the exploratory experiment was conducted on the players of Wasit clubs in gymnastics for the season 2019-2020 and after statistical treatments, it showed Results: There is a high correlation between attention focus and motivation for the jumping horse skill of the youth category, and on the basis of that, the researcher recommended the necessity of training in psychological skills at an early age because of its impact on athletic achievement.
