The aim of this research is to try to find the role of the entrepreneurship incubator institutions and their fundamental importance in the development of the local community, and their ability to serve all its institutions by encouraging students and graduates to adopt the idea of creating innovative and pilot projects that make their dreams materialise.

They also increase the competitiveness of projects, thus enhancing the role of the civil sector in increasing the GDP.

Accordingly, more jobs will be created and the rates of national income will increase through pilot projects.
