Abstract EN

This research is based on the rule of generalization and allocation, a detail of many of the texts of sharia that can only be interpreted by this rule, and a statement of the ignorance and terrorism that the deviants have caused because of their amazement about this rule.

This research may be from an introduction, three investigations and a conclusion: The first topic: the science of the origins of jurisprudence and the control of deviation in inference.

The second topic: generalization in the position of allocation and its fundamentalist adaptation.

The third topic: the effect of generalization in the placement of the allocation in the contemporary evidentiary deviation.

The conclusion mentioned the most important findings of the research.

The research found: The rules of the doctrine of jurisprudence are the greatest guarantee of the control of understanding and inference of the texts of the blessed Shariah, and that all contemporary intellectual deviations can be controlled and corrected by the rules of the origins of jurisprudence.

The generalization in the position of allocation and release in the subject of restriction is one of the reasons for the error and deviation in inferring the Islamic texts on the Islamic provisions.
