I started my research with an introduction that included my desire to write about this topic and the scientific value that appeared to me, and what it contains in terms of pearls and benefits, given that caring for customs and traditions is a kind of caring for the interests of Muslims, because one of the scholars says: Sharia is a good, a mercy for all, any issue It went out of interest to corruption, went out from justice to injustice, and came out of mercy to other than it, so it is not from the Sharia, and even if it is introduced with a thousand interpretation and interpretation, in some pre-Islamic societies, custom takes the place of religion, and if a person cuts into pieces, it is easier for him to contradict a social custom that clashes The origin of religion, as the introduction included the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, the research problem, its objectives, and its approach, then I divided the research into five sections: The first topic included the definition of the research vocabulary, and the second topic included the type of issues in which the ugliness is used, and the third topic included the emergence of habits And traditions, their development, their importance and their impact on societies, the fourth study included the rule of customs and traditions if they contravened the Islamic Sharia, and the fifth study included the rule of ugly, the rule of the grotesque and the judgment of those who go to them.

The study ended with a conclusion that included the most important findings reached during the research and the most important recommendations, and an index of the most important sources and references that I sought, and an index of all the topics covered by the research.
