Hoping to cure it; Therefore, the obligation to preserve the patient's secrets was one of the most important obligations of the doctor, This a study has dealt with this commitment, so it defined the commitment and the reality of the doctor, and the patient's secret that must be preserved, as well as the provisions of the doctor's obligation to preserve the patient's secrets in terms of his legal ruling and the legal rationale for this commitment, as well as the objective, personal and temporal scope of this commitment, and the exceptions contained therein.
