Self-preservation is one of the five necessities that the Islamic Sharia came to preserve and protect, and since the Islamic Sharia is the last of the laws, and it was valid to apply in every time and place; This is due to the general texts and rules it contains, and when epidemics and infectious diseases (such as Corona Covid 19) spread, thinking about the place of this research was the means to prevent epidemics and infectious diseases in Islamic jurisprudence.

My goal in this research was: to highlight the greatness and perfection of Islamic law, its validity to apply in every time and place, its concern for the human being in all stages of his life, and the pursuit of a new generation free from diseases, impairments and distortions, limiting the spread of diseases and epidemics, and gathering the means through which he Preventing epidemics and infectious diseases, and explaining the Islamic ruling on them.

This research came in two topics and a conclusion: As for the first topic, I put it in the definition of the research title, and explain the position of Islamic jurisprudence on medication and contemporary developments, then the second topic was dedicated to explaining the means of preventing epidemics and infectious diseases, then the conclusion was which I included the most prominent features and the most important results
