This study included: Preamble which includes the definition of defectiveness in the language and convention - the conditions of the defective Hadith - the field of defectiveness and the fruit of its knowledge - the importance of the science of defectiveness - sections of the defectiveness - means of detecting defectiveness - steps to study the defective Hadith - the most famous classifications in defectiveness's.

The forms of defectiveness with which the hadith is explained and the result is due to: perplexity in attribution، the difference in some narrators، allegation in the narration of Said bin Salamah، and al-Mughira bin Abi Borda.

I have presented and discussed these defectiveness's in the light of the Traditional (Hadithi) rules.

The study concluded that these defectiveness's that were caused by the hadith are invalid and that they do not affect the validity of the bond and the text and do not criticize them as the hadith is valid.
