The proposed topic is presented in the current study a real problem related to the educational and social waste that a group of children are exposed to due to turbulent family, educational and economic factors that push them towards the street as a breathing space and an attractive alternative place to derive their standards, values, and the pattern of their thinking and behavior, and this is inconsistent with the conditions Suitable for child's upbringing.
