Abstract EN

The Study Aimed at identifying The Level Of job Satisfaction With Special Education Teachers And Its Relation With Some Variables.

The Study Depends On Descriptive Analytical Method With A Sample Of (150) Special Education Teacher (70 male and 80 female) in private and governmental schools in Alzgazeeg And Menya Alqamh Cites, , they were chosen by the stratified random method, the average age was (25: 45 and a standard deviation (12.15).

The Study Used The Level Of Employment Satisfaction For Special Education Teachers Scale prepared by the researcher, The Study Results Show that the sample of study has a degree of job satisfaction( Private And Governmental ).

There are statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction among special education teachers due to the work environment and its system (governmental - private) in favor of the government work environment.

There are differences attributed to the gender variable (males and females) in favor of females, as well as differences attributed to the academic qualification variable (PhD - Master - Diploma in Special Education - Bachelor of Special Education) in favor of the higher qualification.

There are differences attributed to the variable of years of experience in the current job (less than five years - from six to ten - more than ten) in favor of the number of years of experience more, as well as differences due to the type of disability that the teachers deal with
