The current research aims to prepare a measure of psychological security for the visually and physically disabled in the Egyptian environment in terms of verifying the conditions of honesty, consistency, , and the scale was applied to 50 visually and mobility handicapped people from the governorates of Luxor and Qena with average(5, 50), and the results proved that the scale has metric indicators (truthfulness, reliability, Homogeneity, ) good and the final image of the scale consists of 32 items distributed in the following dimensions:
1- Acceptance of the environment
2- The social field
3- Psychological reassurance.
