The research aims through its chapters to test the relationship and impact between "relational leadership as an independent variable and organizational health as a dependent variable.

The current research variables are among the recent and important variables for the development of organizations, and in order to explain the relationship and impact and the links between the variables, a set of goals has been formulated including providing interested and interested with scientific and theoretical information It clarifies the nature of the research variables, and the extent to which its causes are reflected in the research sample to increase the interest of the research organization organization and make it more appropriate to the required performance in light of a changing environment in Iraq.

Displaying and analyzing indicators for relational leadership and their impact on organizational health, and for this purpose a number of hypotheses were formulated, the most important of which (there is a significant correlation relationship between relational leadership and organizational health) To achieve these hypotheses field research was applied and the study was applied to a number of professors of the Department of Public Administration and Business Administration In the College of Administration and Economics, University of Baghdad, the sample reached (50) professors, and it was collected through indications and field visits to the college, and statistical methods were used, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentage, and the most prominent findings were represented: The results of the research showed The current view is that both departments operate according to the principle of relational leadership somewhat, that is, giving the information that employees need, while giving them confidence in the completion of their duties
